Aldesa Construcciones is building for Marvipol Development

Aldesa has signed a contract for the general contracting services of the fourth stage of the Central Park Ursynów – Harmony Park – at Kłobucka street in Warsaw. According to the project scope 4 multi-family buildings (7 floors each) of 20 480 m2 usable area with the underground garages will be built. The investment value is almost PLN 85 million net. The works will start in December 2017, and the anticipated completion date is summer 2019.
