Aldesa has signed a PLN 181 million contract for the installation of the passenger information system

Aldesa has signed a PLN 181 million contract with PKP PLK for the installation of the passenger information system. As part of the task, kiosks, displays and new speakers will be created at 133 stations and stops. Modern devices will serve travelers, in Lower Silesia province on the line E 30 Zgorzelec – Wrocław, in the Lubuskie province on the E 20 line from Rzepin towards Poznań, in Wielkopolska, Łódź and Mazovia area and in Lublin voivodship on the route from Warsaw to Terespol.

The stations will also be equipped with monitoring system what will increase the safety of travelers. Modern devices will be integrated with the Central System of Dynamic Passenger Information, which will ensure rapid updating of information about train departures and arrivals on displays.

The design phase will include, among others, the assessment of existing infrastructure, development of conception designs as well as preparation of execution and construction projects for 165 objects. All system components will be designed and manufactured in accordance with the latest specifications recently introduced by PKP PLK.
