Aldesa will implement the next stage of Central Park Ursynów for Marvipol Development

Aldesa signed a contract with Marvipol Development for the implementation of the 5th and 6th stage of the Central Park Ursynów investment. As part of the investment, 7 multi-family residential buildings will be constructed with an underground garage of a total usable area of 17.3 thousand square meters.

Aldesa will carry out the open shell works in the formula of general contracting, while the next stages will be carried out in the form of technical and administrative management i.e.Construction Management.

The planned date of works completion is July 23, 2020.
