Two low buildings will be erected, harking back in style to the old district of Sołacz in which they are located. Greenery will be 2/3 of the land. the investor has also envisaged a bicycle storage room. The buildings will be equipped with an underground garage, the housing estate will have a lighting system for internal and external roads, car parks, sidewalks, access roads, fencing and other landscape architecture elements. As part of the project: building works, installation and road works along with preparing the as-built documentation and obtaining the occupancy permit.
