Aldesa put into service two fuel tanks at the PERN base in Dębogórze near Gdynia. Their capacity is a total of 64 thousand m3.
– Thanks to the innovative construction method, we managed to reduce the implementation time compared to traditional methods – says Ewa Mizerska, director at Aldesa Polska – this period has been shortened to 52 weeks. It is thanks to the new construction method using actuators to lift the mantle during the erection and consolidation of the cylindrical mantle. It minimizes the risk of working at height, as the tank roof is installed first and is done at zero level. Tanks grow with the progress of their construction.
Under the agreement with PERN S.A. Aldesa Construcciones Polska consortium as a leader, Aldesa Construcciones S.A. and Mekro sp.z o.o. they carried out the expansion of the reservoir park of the base in Dębogórze near Gdynia. As part of the investment, two tanks for class III petroleum products were built, each with a capacity of 32 thousand cubic meters. m3, along with accompanying infrastructure. The tanks were incorporated into the existing technological layout of the base in Dębogórze.
