Aldesa invests in competences: IPMA-D certification for managers
Building a culture of project management requires a long-term vision and commitment. Aldesa has made a strategic investment in enhancing managerial competencies, demonstrated by 13 of our Project Managers achieving IPMA-D certification. This milestone marks another step toward more effective planning and execution of key infrastructure projects.
Striving for higher project quality and operational efficiency, Aldesa continuously invests in developing the project management skills of its employees. As part of its membership in the International Project Management Association (IPMA), the company organized an extensive training program preparing participants for IPMA-D certification. This effort concluded with a significant success—13 managers earned this globally recognized project management certification.
The certification process was an integral part of Aldesa’s broader strategy to implement modern project management standards. Since early 2023, efforts have intensified to create a cohesive project management system based on international best practices. The IPMA-D certification validates that our management team has acquired high-level competencies in three critical areas: Perspective, People, and Practice, aligned with the IPMA Individual Competence Baseline®.
The training, led by industry experts, deepened participants’ expertise in advanced project management techniques, risk analysis, and team communication. The program concluded with an examination in December 2024, which all participating managers passed successfully. Their achievements reflect a strong commitment to professional growth and effective teamwork.
