Aldesa Polska joins IPMA and launches new project management standard
Aldesa Group in Poland is proud to announce its accession to the International Project Management Association (IPMA), a global organization specializing in promoting best practices and standards in project management. This strategic move is part of Aldesa’s plan to increase the quality of its projects and develop the competence of its employees.
New opportunities through cooperation with IPMA
Collaboration with IPMA opens up new opportunities for Aldesa Poland to improve its project management processes. With access to advanced tools, methodologies and international certifications, the company will gain support in its efforts to set and maintain the highest standards in its investments. IPMA is recognized as one of the world’s leading organizations in the field of project management, which makes its standards an important element of development for Aldesa Poland.
Developing an internal project management standard
At the same time as joining IPMA, Aldesa Polska continues to work on developing its own internal project management standard. This work began in March 2023 and includes an in-depth analysis of existing practices, carried out in cooperation with external experts. As part of the project, regular workshops are being held with Project Managers and representatives from various departments of the company. Their goal is to create a coherent management system that is not only in line with IPMA best practices, but also tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
IPMA D training program and certification
Aldesa Polska plans to launch a training program based on IPMA standards in the coming months. This program will include training to develop Project Managers’ skills and knowledge, enabling them to obtain IPMA D certification. This certification is internationally recognized and confirms high competence in project management. As a result, Aldesa’s employees will be better prepared to carry out complex projects, which will directly translate into an increase in the efficiency and quality of work for the entire company.
Aldesa Polska is committed to quality and innovation
By joining IPMA and working on the new project management standard, Aldesa Polska will reap numerous benefits:
- Increased operational efficiency: The new project management standards will allow better use of resources and cost reduction.
- Increased competitiveness: Certification of Project Managers and the introduction of international project management standards will strengthen the company’s position in the market.
- Improving the quality and timeliness of implemented projects: Modern tools and standards will enable more effective planning and implementation of projects in accordance with budgets and schedules.
- Employee development: An investment in IPMA D training and certification is a long-term benefit for both employees and the entire organization by increasing their competence and motivation.
The decision to join IPMA and the introduction of the new project management standard are key steps in Aldesa’s development in Poland.
