Aldesa supports future engineers – volleyball tournament with Warsaw University of Technology, Płock branch

On Monday, 19 May 2025, the sports hall of the Warsaw University of Technology Branch in Płock became an arena of sporting rivalry and good energy. The event included a Volleyball Tournament for the Vice-Chancellor’s Cup, with teams from secondary schools and universities taking part. Aldesa was the sponsor of the tournament.

The aim of the tournament was not only to promote sport and student integration, but also to strengthen the relationship between education and business.

Exciting competition among students and pupils

In the morning, three teams from secondary schools in Płock competed. The players demonstrated strong preparation and team spirit. The final standings were:

🥇 1st place – Zespoł Szkół Centrum Edukacji

🥈 2nd place – III Liceum Ogólnokształcące z Oddziałami Dwujęzycznymi im. Marii Dąbrowskiej

🥉 3rd place – Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Władysława Jagiełły

In the afternoon, eight student teams took to the court, offering plenty of excitement and a high level of play. The winners were:

🥇 1st place – Technolodzy Chemiczni (Chemical Technologists)

🥈 2nd place – Volley Tłuchowo

🥉 3rd place – Akademia Mazowiecka in Płock (Mazovian Academy in Płock)

The tournament was organised by the Association of Friends of the Warsaw University of Technology, Płock Branch. The award ceremony was hosted by Dr hab. inż. Grzegorz Makomaski, Prof. PW, Vice-Rector of the Płock Branch. Congratulations on behalf of Aldesa were extended by Joanna Cendrowska, Communication & Marketing Business Partner.
