Corporate Director

Magdalena is a professional with 15 years of experience working in international organizations in the construction industry. Currently, she is responsible for corporate areas in Poland, Slovakia and Denmark. She started her adventure with the construction industry at Budimex S.A. in 2006. She has been associated with Aldesa since 2013, where she initially held positions related to the financial sector.

She is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, where she completed her master’s degree in International Economics. In 2012-2013 she completed postgraduate education at the Warsaw School of Economics, majoring in Management, Accounting and Controlling. Personally, she constantly develops her skills and is always looking for new challenges. She is the leader of a team of over 50 people which she tries to motivate to cooperate, communicate and perform tasks in a business-oriented way.
