General Director of Aldesa in Poland

Rafał has been associated with the organization since November 2022, when he joined Aldesa as the Director of the Road Division. During this time, he became known as an energetic leader, not afraid of challenges, open to cooperation and changes. Rafał has over 17 years of experience working in construction companies in the road sector. Previously, he worked in organizations such as: Skanska, Bilfinger Berger and FBSerwis (Budimex Group).

In 2007, he obtained a master’s degree in civil engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology. His solid technical background allowed him to gain a unique perspective on projects and enabled him to effectively solve all technical challenges.

He continued his education at postgraduate studies in Project Management at the Warsaw School of Economics, where he also obtained an MBA in 2023. In the past, he participated in projects such as the construction of the A1 motorway, supervision of the construction of the S8 route, and supervision of construction works on the S7 route.
