Construction of the S74 Lagow – Opatów expressway

The contract is for the construction of an 18.3-kilometer section of the S74 expressway from Lagow to Opatów in Świętokrzyskie province. It is valued at  PLN 632 million. The project’s completion time under the contract is 39 months, excluding winter periods. The Lagow – Opatów section will connect with the planned Lagow bypass and the Opatów bypass currently under construction. The new route will mainly run along a new track south of the existing DK74. As part of the investment, in addition to the junction in Baćkowice, the construction of nine overpasses, seven bridges, an animal crossing and two travel service areas in Oziębłowo is planned.

The task also includes, among other things, the construction of access roads and full communication of adjacent areas. The construction of traffic safety devices, environmental protection devices, including noise barriers, construction and reconstruction of road-related infrastructure is planned.
