Construction of the S19 Księżyno-Białystok South expressway section

The contract covers the construction of an almost 8-km section of the expressway – two carriageways with two lanes in each direction (adapted to heavy traffic) from the Księżyno junction to the Białystok Południe junction and a 1.1-km section of national road No. 65 from Grabówka – dual carriageway – to the junction with the existing county road No. 1484B, and further a 12.6-km section of a single carriageway with one lane in each direction until it joins the existing DK65 near Grabówka. Moreover, under the contract, the contractor will prepare a reserve for the second carriageway from the junction of the DK65 road with the existing district road 1484B up to the junction with the existing national road No. 19 (km 6+944). As part of the contract, 24 engineering structures will be built, including 14 animal crossings and the Białystok Południe junction.
